Argus 1.0

Launch. Scan. Report. — For Optimized Pre-Dredge Survey Accuracy

LAUNCHING JULY 2026

The Argus, our advanced UAS survey boat, delivers vastly improved data accuracy by executing fully autonomous missions guided by precise, pre-programmed GPS paths. Operating seamlessly in sensitive riparian zones, it navigates shallow shorelines, narrow channels, and hazardous areas that traditional, manned vessels simply cannot reach. By removing human steering variance, the Argus ensures perfectly spaced, consistent survey lines that eliminate gaps and cover the entire site with mathematical precision, all while keeping a minimal footprint that protects fragile habitats.

Once on the water, the Argus provides a massive leap forward in data quality compared to traditional manual stick silt measurements, which rely on a handful of physical prods and rough averages to guess the underwater terrain. Instead, the Argus utilizes specialized dual-frequency echo sounders to scan the environment, capturing thousands of continuous data points to map the true bed topography. By sending sound waves through the water, it penetrates soft organic silt to clearly differentiate between loose sediment and the hard bottom beneath. This dense, comprehensive data eliminates guesswork, allowing project managers to calculate exact sediment volumes and establish a flawless pre-dredge baseline.

Why Argus 1.0 Matters

Ultimately, the Argus transforms marine surveying from a risky guessing game into an automated, high-precision operation that directly protects your bottom line. By substituting slow, inaccurate manual measurements with dual-frequency sonar and flawless autonomous navigation, project managers eliminate costly volume guesswork and gain bulletproof, defensible data for pre- and post-dredge baselines. Furthermore, the platform's compact, agile design opens up lucrative opportunities in hazardous or shallow environments that are completely inaccessible to traditional manned vessels, all while keeping crews safely on shore. Backed by local, in-house Texas support that offers loaner vessels and rapid repairs, the Argus ensures your projects experience virtually zero downtime, allowing you to consistently outbid the competition, secure higher margins, and deliver undeniable proof of work.
