Noe Riskas

Noe serves as Riparian’s Managing Partner, overseeing the company’s strategic direction, business growth, and daily operations. She is responsible for scaling the organization, managing the company’s internal infrastructure, and identifying the key industries where Riparian’s specialized technology can provide the greatest impact.
 

With a focus on operational excellence, Noe bridges the gap between long-term vision and immediate execution. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to finding the right fit for the company's technology—matching purpose-built platforms with the specific needs of the sectors they serve.
 

At Riparian, Noe ensures the company remains agile and responsive to a shifting market. By aligning business development with technical capability, she provides the organizational stability required to deliver solutions. Her role is to ensure that as the fleet expands, the company’s commitment to reliability and customer success remains unwavering.

Brian Riskas

Brian serves as Riparian’s Chief Technical Officer and Lead Engineer, leading all technical knowledge and engineering decisions across the company’s platforms. He is responsible for the design, performance, and technical integrity of Riparian’s purpose-built watercraft.
 

Brian brings a disciplined, practical engineering approach focused on systems that must perform reliably in real-world conditions. His work emphasizes sound design judgment, technical clarity, and execution—prioritizing solutions that function consistently in demanding environments rather than concepts that only work in theory.
 

At Riparian, Brian works closely with field operators and internal teams to translate operational requirements into robust, deployable platforms. His leadership anchors the company’s technical credibility, ensuring every system delivered reflects reliability, accountability, and careful engineering judgment.

Chase Lundmark

Chase serves as Riparian’s Lead Boat Operator, implementing boat missions and addressing logistical challenges during real-world operations. He plays a central role in executing deployments, supporting customer demonstrations, and contributing to fleet maintenance and operational readiness.
 

With a background shaped by high-responsibility environments, Chase brings a field-driven perspective to how Riparian’s platforms are used, evaluated, and maintained. His experience working hands-on with mission-critical systems informs how he approaches reliability, safety, and performance during active operations.
 

At Riparian, Chase helps ensure that each platform functions as intended in the environments it was built for. His work connects technical design with real-world execution, reinforcing Riparian’s commitment to standing behind its equipment when conditions are unpredictable and stakes are real.
