Built to Work as a Team
The organizations Riparian serves rarely operate as a collection of isolated experts. Search and recovery teams, marine professionals, government agencies, and field operators rely on people with different specialties working toward the same outcome.
So do we.
Team Riparian brings together engineering, manufacturing, field operations, customer support, training, product development, and business strategy within one closely connected team. Each of us approaches the work from a different discipline, but no customer relationship belongs to just one person.
From the first conversation through design, build, integration, deployment, training, and continued support, our team stays connected to both the technology and the people using it.
When we work alongside another professional team, that matters.

One Customer. One Continuous Team
Every relationship begins by understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish—not simply which boat they want to buy.
Noe leads business growth and customer operations, identifying where Riparian’s technology can solve a meaningful problem and learning the industries, workflows, and evolving needs behind each application. She brings that opportunity into the team and stays involved behind the scenes as the relationship develops—helping anticipate what the customer may need next, supporting logistics, and building the processes and resources necessary to follow through.
Brian brings the engineering depth that establishes technical confidence in the platform and determines how the customer’s requirements translate into a working solution. He evaluates technical needs, supports payload integration, and remains directly available when questions, troubleshooting, or more complex decisions require engineering judgment.
As the system moves into manufacturing and preparation for the field, Chase becomes a central point of continuity. He leads manufacturing and assembly, operates the boats, contributes to design and development, and serves as a primary customer contact—providing updates, answering questions, and maintaining communication throughout the process.
Once the USV reaches the customer, Brian provides in-depth technical instruction and training so operators understand not only how to use the platform, but how to use it confidently with their own equipment and mission requirements.
As customers begin putting the technology to work, new questions, applications, and possibilities emerge. Brian remains available for technical troubleshooting and harder engineering decisions. Noe continues following the broader customer need, helping plan what comes next and supporting the logistics required to make it possible. Chase brings field and operational experience back into the conversation, particularly when the answer depends on what happens on the water.
And the process continues.
What we learn from customers in the field feeds back into Riparian—informing product development, internal processes, integrations, training, and the way we support the next mission.
That feedback loop is part of how we build.

Brian Riskas
Chief Technical Officer & Lead Engineer | Design Engineering, Technical Analysis & Training
Brian leads Riparian’s engineering decisions and technical knowledge across its platforms, with responsibility for design, performance, systems integration, and technical integrity.
His approach is practical and disciplined: build systems that perform consistently in real-world environments, make engineering decisions that can be defended, and translate operational requirements into reliable, deployable equipment.
Brian works across the customer lifecycle—from evaluating technical fit and integration requirements to supporting product development and providing in-depth customer instruction after delivery.
That relationship continues once the system is in the field. Riparian customers have direct access to engineering expertise when technical questions, troubleshooting needs, or difficult operational decisions arise. Rather than routing those issues through a disconnected support layer, Brian remains personally available to help customers understand the system, work through problems, and determine the right technical path forward.
His role gives Riparian continuity between what is designed, what is built, and what the customer ultimately needs the system to accomplish in the field.
That technical accountability remains present from the earliest conversation through deployment—and after the work begins.
Chase Lundmark
Manufacturing & Assembly Lead Technician | Lead Boat Operator | Premium Customer Accounts Manager | Design & Development Assistant
Chase works where design becomes physical and where the finished system meets the field.
He leads manufacturing and assembly, serves as Riparian’s lead boat operator, supports design and development, manages premium customer relationships, and addresses the logistical and operational challenges that emerge during real-world deployments.
Before Riparian, Chase served as an Army NCO with experience in infantry, ammunition, and explosives. The value of that experience is reflected less in military terminology than in how he works: he quickly assesses what a situation requires, identifies what matters in the moment, takes initiative, and knows when to lead while remaining deeply aware of the team around him.
That judgment carries directly into his work at Riparian. Whether assembling a platform, responding to a customer, preparing for deployment, troubleshooting in the field, or operating a USV under changing conditions, Chase brings the calm initiative and situational awareness expected in high-responsibility environments.
He helps connect engineering intent with real-world execution.
Noelani Riskas
Managing Partner | Business Growth, Customer Operations & Product Development
Noe oversees Riparian’s strategic direction, business growth, customer-service operations, product development, and the internal resources required to support a growing fleet.
Her role begins with finding the right fit between Riparian’s technology and the problems customers are trying to solve—but it does not end with the sale.
Noe works behind the scenes to understand the industries Riparian enters: how customers work, where existing processes create friction, what they need from the technology today, and what Riparian may need to become to support them tomorrow. She translates those observations into product direction, partnerships, procedures, and operational systems that keep the company responsive as new applications emerge.
Her focus is not simply growth. It is building the organization around the work customers actually need done.
We Stay With the Work
Riparian builds specialized equipment, but our responsibility does not end when a USV changes hands.
Our customers are often incorporating our platforms into work they already know exceptionally well, using payloads and technical equipment that may already be central to their operations. Our job is not to replace that expertise. It is to bring ours alongside it.
And once those capabilities come together, the relationship can create room for something more than a more efficient version of the work the customer was already doing.
As customers become comfortable with the platform, they begin finding new ways to put it to work—expanding services, approaching existing problems differently, and identifying applications that may not have been practical before. In that sense, Riparian provides the platform, technical knowledge, and training, but the customer’s own expertise often determines where the technology goes next.
That growth becomes part of the relationship, too.
That means helping customers determine the right configuration, integrating their equipment successfully, communicating throughout the build, preparing the platform for field use, providing detailed training, remaining available when questions or challenges arise, and supporting the next application as their use of the technology evolves.
It also means listening.
The environments our customers work in continue to teach us where the technology can improve, where the process can be easier, and what Riparian should build next.
That is why Team Riparian is more than the people behind the product.
We are the engineering, manufacturing, operational, and customer-support team standing behind it—from the first conversation through design and build, through deployment and training, and into the questions, challenges, and new possibilities that emerge once the system is working in the field.
We stay with the customer because we stay with the work.
When the equipment is being built, when it reaches the water, when something does not behave as expected, and when a customer sees an opportunity to take the technology somewhere new, Team Riparian remains connected to what happens next.
