2. Fill out & submit the 'Data Processing & Report Request Form' below.

3. After USV deployment, transfer the data files to us by email following the 'File Transfer Procedure' Instructions from step 1.

DIGITAL REPORTS PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow at least 72 hours for a final digital report to be emailed to you. SAR Team Mosaics require no more than 24 hours processing. Please call us directly if you need to expedite this report request.

Data Ownership & Confidentiality Statement
GAR Data Lab: The Data Processing Arm of Riparian Systems

Data Ownership:
All data collected by a Riparian Systems USV, and all data processed by GAR Data Lab, belongs solely to the organization that deployed the USV. This includes raw sonar files, processed data, maps, mosaics, and final reports. Riparian Systems and GAR Data Lab claim no ownership of any customer data.

Confidentiality:
All information and data submitted to us by any company or organization is kept 100% confidential. It stays strictly between Riparian Systems and the organization that provided it. We never share, sell, publish, or disclose customer data to anyone outside our organization.

No Live or Public Mapping:
We do not use live or shared mapping platforms such as CalTopo. Customer data is never uploaded to, displayed on, or synced with any public or third-party mapping service. We do not use any cloud based services or products.

Secure Delivery:
All reports and data files are exchanged only by secure email, directly between Riparian Systems and the customer organization.
